#490 Sterling Silver "Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal." This 1" X 1/2" stuck medal image comes with an 18" lady's sterling silver rope chain. Front side has image of "Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal" as present to Saint Catherine Laboure during her apparitions in the 1800's. Front side of medal has the words "O Mary Conceived Without Sin Pray For Us Who Have Recourse To Thee" with date 1830. Back side of medal has 12 stars for the crown of Mary and the 12 original tribes of Israel with the Miraculous Medal symbol  and image of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary. This medal is the original design of the Miraculous Medal as given to Saint Catherine.
